No excavation and low footprint

We have developed a range of proprietary hydraulic machines dedicated entirely to the installation of helical foundations. No excavation is required for the installation of deck footings. Once the Techno Metal Post are installed, a minimal footprint is left on the lawn and landscape.

Exclusive sleeve

During freeze/thaw periods, the green sleeve slides vertically along the pile, following the movement of the ground. The pile does not move. This ensures the stability of your structure throughout the year.

Beluga Slough Boardwalk Installation

Techno Metal Post Alaska was awarded the subcontract to supply and install 200 posts for a City of Homer project to replace about 1000’ of boardwalk over a wetlands area.

City Rock Climbing Wall Project

Installing helical piers for a walkway, located behind and above, a climbing wall, to support existing climbing walls. The helical piers were installed through holes in the upper deck into the exposed soil below.

Belmar Park Boardwalk

Installing helical piles/piers over wet/saturated soil for a new public boardwalk. The new boardwalk would be over water/wetland areas and have an observation deck for the public to enjoy.
