The TMP helical pile is a giant metal screw manufactured in our factory from the highest quality North American structural steel and can also be hot-dipped galvanized.

The pile is screwed into the ground, by our certified installers using specialized proprietary hydraulic equipment, until the pile reaches the required bearing capacity. Bearing capacity is confirmed on-site using our installation equipment which measures the torque during the installation of the pile, so our certified installers know the exact allowable load capacities of each pile after it has been installed. To protect the pile from ground movement, our exclusive polyethylene green sleeve is slid onto the pile during installation. During frost/thaw cycles, the sleeve slides along the pile following soil movement. The pile will not move, ensuring the stability of the structure. Once installed, our pile caps are used to attach the pile to the framing system. TMP pile caps come in many sizes and varieties, depending on the structure’s frame. TMP manufactures different piles for different projects: small piles for small applications (decks, sunrooms) and larger piles for larger loads and applications (cottages, garages, buildings).
